| Personal History | Lavan hails from Ireland. He joined Starfleet at 18. He was someone who looked like he was going to be quite the capable officer until an the day he was posted to his first diplomatic function. He had never really consumed alcohol before, and did not realize that he was someone who could not, as some might say, "hold his liquor" until he'd had his first glass of Saurian brandy. The alcohol was enough to make him intoxicated, where he proceeded to make a highly inappropriate pass at a visiting dignitary's wife. The woman's husband took offense, and tried to get Lavan to back off. Lavan proceeded to punch the dignitary, and quickly got himself tossed into the brig, and reassigned to the Chimera a short time later. | |
