| Personal History | Danielle was born on a star ship and like most children born on a star ship got used to the life quickly. However when she was just five years old baby Danielle was left with her paternal grandparents Star base one eighteen. Her grandfather, Admiral Robert Michelson was an expert strategist and over operations for the sector. Danielle's grandmother one of the many teachers on the base, a woman who never had any interest in joining Star fleet. Danielle's grandmother might have had to much time on her hands, but she started training the young girl on how to be a 'proper young lady' and pageant girl. Millie and Danielle made quite the team, winning most of the pageants they entered. When Danielle was a young teen her grandmother took a hiatus from her job and the two traveled on the newly commissioned USS Monarch to Earth. Robert Michelson had been working on a new design and this was one of the test runs. It would take the Monarch three weeks to travel to Earth, where the two ladies would stay and start Danielle's modeling career or at least that was their hope. All their hard work paid off and Robert was the only member of the family to return to SB 118. Danielle was an instant star, photographers couldn't get enough of her and she took the modeling world by storm. This would be Millie and Danielle's life for the next five years and they enjoyed every moment of the fame. When Danielle turned eighteen her modeling career was pretty much over, as younger models were taking the spot light. Her grandfather suggested she attend the Academy and her grandmother pushed her in the same direction. Danielle made decent grades while in her basics at the Academy. She hated the attention she got from her 'former life' and she found it hard to stay focused on her studies with all the attention she was getting from the male cadets. When it came time to pick a major the young woman was most interested in becoming a pilot, it was the same path her father followed and it was a way to pay tribute now that both her parents were gone. Cadet Michelson finished flight school fifth in her class, which was a surprise to her but she really enjoyed it. She was excited to find out what her first assignment would be. So far she had mostly been in simulators and small craft. She was absolutely thrilled when she had the chance on her classes cadet cruise to pilot a nova class star ship for a few months. However she was assigned as Ambassador K'Vat's personal shuttle pilot. K'Vat like to touch and invade Ensign Michelson's personal space. But she wanted to do what she could for the Federation and hoped it would get her some place eventually. Ensign Michelson was tired of K'Vat grabbing her and touching her, she had put up with it for the last six months. It was always worse when he was into his blood wine and this night was one of the worst, the two had been traveling for several weeks. They made different stops around Klingon and Federation space, working toward peace and K'Vat having fun with his Klingon friends when possible. The night of the incident the two were on a Federation planet, but K'Vat joined his friends on their ship in orbit and had a lot of blood wine. Danielle was coming back from dinner and a few drinks when she ran into K'Vat outside their rooms. She tried to get into her room quickly, but he stumbled toward her “Woman” he called out to her “I find you attractive woman” he was now beside her and her door opened. K'Vat licked the side of her face and followed her into her room. After Danielle telling him to leave several times he grabbed her arm and bit her shoulder, in Klingon love making fashion. Needless to say they both ended up in sickbay and both lost their jobs. Danielle never heard from K'Vat again and moved to SB 118 with her grandparents. It came across her grandfathers desk that the USS Chimera was looking for a Chief Flight Control Officer and Danielle put in her bid to Admiral Towers and to her surprise was approved with immediate transfer orders. |
