His family's home overlooked the busy Starfleet Supply Port, and the constant traffic of shuttles and freighters only fueled his dreams of traveling to the stars. Raised primarily by his mother until age twelve, Jadizon's life took a turn when his family moved to Earth. His father had accepted a department head position at Starfleet Headquarters in San Francisco. At seventeen, after a year of preliminary Academy prep work, Jadizon made a pivotal decision. Realizing that the life his father envisioned for him in Starfleet wasn't what he wanted, he chose not to apply to Starfleet Academy. Instead, he opted for the six-month Starfleet Enlisted Training Bootcamp. Once accepted, Jadizon's entrance exams placed him in the late 2375 class. It was during his technical specialty classes that Jadizon began to truly come into his own. Initially perceived as cocky and overconfident by his professors, traits uncommon among Starfleet enlisted, these qualities sometimes boosted his performance but often landed him in trouble. Heeding the advice of one professor, Jadizon redirected his energy into joining the Starfleet Enlisted Parrises Squares team. This extracurricular activity not only improved his standings compared to his teammates but also helped him make friends and develop new hobbies, such as the ancient Earth self-defense art of Krav Maga. This newfound hobby allowed him to channel his energy and frustrations productively. As a student, Jadizon was adequately successful in his primary studies within the Engineering focusing on with a minor in warp theory. followed by a minor in Command division, Upon completing his extensive training at Starfleet Technical Services Academy, the Admiralty assigned him to his first official post aboard the USS Endeavor. |
